The shipping was a mess. It was sent to Queens NY then to Kearny NJ which was great since it was going to a NJ address. Somehow it then was sent to OMAHA NEBRASKA!! Finally after some delay it was sent back to Kearny NJ and then to the recipient. Ridiculous.

My suncatcher was just as shown and is lovely. Packaged safely and securely. The shipping couldn't have been quicker if this seller was my neighbor. Crazy fast shipment and delivery. I am a return customer and promote where I can. Thank you!

I think Artwood products are wonderful. They are a fantastic gift to give but also lovely to have yourself and hang in a sunny place and have the light refract into a burst of colour to brighten any room.
I first came across Artwood Moon suncatchers in the Strandhill air hanger market over 10 years ago. I bought my first one there and have since purchased many more. On one occassion about 8 years ago when I was in Leitrim with my Mother, I cheekily rang and asked if we could drop by the house to purchase some, Emily graciously allowed us to come by and I think we bought 4 or 5 that day before driving back to Dublin.
I was delighted when the personalised engraving became an option, making the pieces all the more special and personal. Artwood sun catchers are my go to if I am looking for something extra special. The quality, finish, engraving and even personal messages that you can include in the well thought out packaging are second to none. Delivery is prompt and customer service is very good. On my most recent purchase back in August, I had forgotten to include some text and there was no issue returning it to have it completed, I just had to include return post.
I will continue to purchase the beautiful Artwood pieces as they are a fantastic Irish made quality gift which give great joy. I will also keep recommending to family and friends.

My dad hung it from his rearview mirror, which made me realize it was smaller than I had imagined. But then again, I also didn’t really pay close attn to the size. It’s big for the rearview mirror, but hangs from there nonetheless. Just something worth noting - all in all, so beautiful and we love it!!

I ordered 6 of these over the course of 3 or 4 orders. I chose the hanging half moon with crystal because I could customize it with text for my girlfriends' 70th birthdays. All came out perfect, shipped quickly and I received therm quickly. Was offered a discount on each order. I highly recommend. I only wish that when I was in Ireland that I could have visited their shop!
